CRANIAL Tedavi Merkezi was established in 2013 to treat head shape abnormalities such as plagiocephaly, scaphocephaly, brachycephaly and craniosynostosis in infants by using the customized STARband helmet.

After scanning the headshape with the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approved STARscanner and SmartSoc, each FDA approved STARband family helmet is custom-made by Orthomerica to correct the deformity of each infant’s head. The STARscanner comparison tool will help you find out if the deformity in your baby's head requires repositioning, physiotherapy, or STARband treatment. The treatment will vary according to the age of your baby and the severity of the deformity.
